Speaker bio
Duane H. Wunsch
is vice president and Wisconsin state counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. He has more than 30 years of experience, including searching and examining titles, closing transactions, and handling title insurance claims. Mr. Wunsch is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Land Title Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.

James J. Randall, Sr.
is a shareholder in the Monett law firm of Randall, Masri & Randall, P.C. He has practiced law for nearly 50 years. Mr. Randall's practice focuses on litigation, medical/legal issues, business transactions and estate planning. He is a former bankruptcy examiner for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Randall has lectured to attorneys, CPAs, insurance adjusters and medical personnel. He earned his A.B. degree from Rockhurst College and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University. Mr. Randall is a member of The Missouri Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of Missouri and Arkansas.

John M. Samberg
is a partner with Samberg Law. In more than 40 years of practice, Mr. Samberg has handled a broad range of matters, including commercial, construction, bankruptcy, real estate, creditors’ rights, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. He has litigated in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts across the country and has first-chair jury trial experience in banking, residential construction defect, realtor breach of fiduciary duty, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. He has also handled numerous bench trials, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, binding arbitrations, and mediations involving medical malpractice, real estate transactions and boundary disputes, and commercial and residential construction defect claims. Mr. Samberg holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating and is a member of the bars of California, Nevada, and England and Wales (inactive). Based in Reno, he practices in both California and Nevada. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Samberg was a licensed private investigator, a background and training that have proven invaluable in his litigation and trial practice. Mr. Samberg earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and graduated, magna cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law. As a Dean’s Scholar, he earned numerous American Jurisprudence Awards and won two national moot court championships. He graduated fourth in his class and was admitted directly into the National Chapter of the Order of Barristers. Mr. Samberg is also a frequent speaker at educational seminars.

Minturn Wright
is a founding partner with Shannon & Wright LLP in Alexandria, Virginia, where he primarily represents clients in real estate transactions and litigation matters. His three-plus decades of experience as a lawyer have been almost equally divided between real estate transfers and other transactions, and litigation (principally real estate, tax appeals and tax sales). Mr. Wright has had experience dealing with environmental issues, business entities, and patent/trademark issues, particularly licensing. He earned his B.S. degree from Yale University and his J.D., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California. Mr. Wright is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and California.
